Can I cancel or make changes to my order?Updated a year ago

If you need to make changes to your order (shipping address, billing information, discounts, etc.) or cancel your order, please email [email protected] with your order number and desired change within 1 hour of purchase. We will do our best to accommodate your request. Please note that our customer care hours are M-TH, 9-5 PST and Fridays 9-2 PST. If your request is received outside of those hours, we may not be able to accommodate you, but we will do everything we can to do so. Thank you in advance for understanding.
