How does a refund work?Updated a year ago

You will receive your refund to your original payment method or in the form of store credit. Please note that returns have an $8.00 cost that will be deducted from your refund. A return label will be provided. If you have multiple items from different orders to return, please submit multiple return requests and use the correct shipping labels when sending the items back. Refunds will be issued when our warehouse receives and processes the product. Please allow 5-7 business days for your return to be processed - we'll send you a refund notification once done!
