FAQ - Frequently Asked Questions

Great question! We partner with USPS and offer free shipping on orders of $75 to all US residents. Standard shipping is $8.00 for orders under $75. Orders are typically shipped within two business days from our Los Angeles warehouse. We offer FedEx two-day or FedEx Ground for more expedited shipping. This option can be added at checkout.

To process a return or exchange, please click here. If you exchange your product for a new color, style, or different product, you can shop directly online for a seamless checkout.

How can I process an exchange or Return? 

Yes! We stand behind our products and offer a one-year warranty on all of our products. If there are any issues with your products, please email hello@rareform.com with proof of purchase (order number or email) and an image of the damage. 

We will do our best to make it right!

Do you have a warranty policy?

After your order has shipped, standard shipping via USPS takes 2-7 business days. Please allow 1-3 business days for processing times.

You might see a tracking status of 'label created,' which means it has left our facility but is taking a little extra time to get scanned by USPS. We know the delays can be frustrating, but rest assured that your package has been shipped and is at one of USPS's facilities, and they will process and deliver it as soon as possible.

Tracking my order. 

Yes! Every bag is hand cut from billboards, meaning they are truly 100% unique. We also photograph each bag individually, so the bag added to your cart is the bag you will receive! We recently launched our solid bags, and these will vary slightly in the shade or tint making them truly one of a kind.
